Integra Home Health is a family owned and operated homecare agency. We offer personal healthcare services in your home, as well as assisted living residences, senior housing communities or nursing homes. We are headquartered in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts and provide services in Massachusetts throughout Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin Counties. We also provide services in Litchfield County and Tolland County in Connecticut.
Our Services
Our home care programs are designed to meet your individual needs and provide you with the highest level of healthcare. Services include managing daily tasks, short-term care following an illness or a hospital stay, or an ongoing program that allows you to stay safely in your home. Our healthcare services are available short- or long-term full- or part-time. Private Services are available 24/7.
